The microphone is blocked. Allow it for this site in your phone's settings, or type a note instead.
Stop the phone asking about the microphone
On iPhone, open Settings › Apps › Safari › Microphone and choose Allow. On older iPhones it is Settings › Safari › Microphone.
iPhones may still ask once after you reopen the app. It will not ask again until you close it.
When Chrome asks, choose Allow on every visit, not "Only this time".
Already chose "Only this time"? In Chrome, tap ⋮ › Settings › Site settings › Microphone › leads.discoverer.info › Allow.
In your browser's site settings for leads.discoverer.info, set the microphone to Allow.
